Jasmine is a speaker, author, coach, consultant, and founder dedicated to empowering survivors and allies within the anti–human trafficking movement through advocacy, coaching, and consulting services.

Jasmine Conway, M.A., is a survivor-scholar, systems consultant, and founder of One Survivor to Another. With lived experience of commercial sexual exploitation and a master’s in NGO Management from Johns Hopkins University, she bridges frontline insight with multi-sector strategy. Jasmine was the lead researcher on the Washington-State sponsored study Impacts of the Commercial Sex Industry on Black and African American Communities in Washington. She advises community and public agencies on socially-attuned, survivor-led CSE prevention initiatives and innovative service pathways that challenge the status quo and center lasting and measurable impact.​
